Do films create a social evil?

firstly, we should know about the social evils.

Social evils:  Social evils are all the elements that are contradictory to moral values.

These affect not just individuals but the whole society member, which are related to each other in terms of nation or a community.

Some of the social evils are ;
Youth crime, drugs, and alcohol abuse, falling values, etc.

Now let's get back to the question

Do films create a social evil?

Yes, some films cause social evil but second thing is that the audience should also need to understand which kinds of films to be watched.
Let's take a review;

We watch movies and we enjoy but we forgot this one silver screen is for our entertainment but real life is different.

In movies everything is possible but in real life maybe it is not possible.

But movie's impact is always shown in our society.

Especially, teenagers want to fulfill their dreams and desires and they can not understand what is wrong and what is right only they want to fulfill their demands.

Sometimes they make a mistake and during this whole life they suffer from different types of things like they drop out from study, they lose their future.

When they are not able to get the success they want to take revenge, they take alcohol and get drunk and sometimes rape, murder, and pass lewd comments.

What are the positive sides of movies?

Some movies are influenced by real-life happenings and incidents.

Society and movies progress with time.

This could be observed by watching the old movies.

They reflect the reality of these times.

Several movies are helping in making our society progressive. For instance, the 'Pink' movie depicts reality as well as influences the audience to stop judging women according to their lifestyles.

Some movies show reality and help us in addressing the dangers of social evils.

For instance, the movie ' Udta Punjab influences individuals to not consume drugs of any kind.

It has also been scientifically proven the watching movies is good for us. Like watching horror movies can burn nearly 200 calories at a time and enhance brain activity.

Movies encourage cultural activities like arts, drama, music, etc. through their support. Thus, they help to develop people's aesthetics sense.

What are the negative sides of movies?
Films have come to influence impressionable young minds like nothing else.
One often comes across report where frustrated lovers commit suicides, a jilted youth tries to kill his lover, and College going students start drinking and gambling.

Encouraged by films such social evils not only results in great mental suffering and humiliations to the parents but also throws the entire and national equilibrium out of gear.

  Films also adversely affect eyesight

Moreover, even healthy people return contaminated with airborne sicknesses like influenzas, cough, cold, etc. from cinema halls.

Several criminals when arrested admit to having got the idea of their crimes - thefts, murders, and kidnapping- from so and so film.

Psychiatrists have often tracked adolescent delinquencies and violence in films.

Grown-up people have abandoned their reading habits and social life in favor of watching movies and film-based programs on T.V.

Thus we must admit that films cause social evils in several ways.

  Now let's see the solution:

I think there should also be some restrictions.

Children should not watch television or movies for more than 90 minutes per day.

Children should also be restricted from watching those movies which can have a bad influence on them and can affect their mental temperament. And it's their parents' job to guide them.

It is indeed a matter of great concern and moviemakers have a great responsibility to ensure that they make movies responsibly.

Producers, directors, and actors should try to make movies on social issues; however, it is important to deal with the movie in such a way that the moral of the story or the actual message does not get overshadowed by the negative characters.

Though the perspective of the viewer is important we can not deny the moral responsibility of the movie maker to treat the movie and the story's responsibility so that it does not add more to the already prevailing desensitivity in our society.

The good thing is that the present society is much more aware of the impact of everything on people and is easily expressing views on something that does bad to society.

And hence there is freedom of expression and intelligent society - a combination of both is a sign of progressive society.

voting rights to illiterate-logical or not??

India's literacy rate is 74.4% according to the 2011 census, which contains 82.14% for males and 65.46% for females. Any Indian citizen who is 18yrs old and above has the right to vote and contest the election.13 Dec 1989 was the date when the starting age was reduced to18yrs from 21yrs. There is a constitutional body in India that handles the whole election procedure from the election of Prime Minister to Sarpanch. When India became independent thousands of questions arose in the minds of constitution-makers. One major question among all these was- Should illiterate people have the right to vote? We know that voting is a very big responsibility in a democracy. After a lot of debates and arguments, the decision was taken and voting right was also given to illiterate citizens. Arguments in favor  1. By not providing them the right to vote, we are violating their right to equality. 2. An illiterate voter can distinguish between genuine promises and false promises.  3. Som

how Uttarakhand glacier burst?

Introduction: The very unfortunate news has come from the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand where a part of the Nanda Devi glacier is broken which caused the flood. Until now 15 people have lost their lives and 100+ are missing and very heavy destruction have happened to two hydropower plants. This is not the first time, this has reminded us of the disaster of 2013 and it's not the last event. In the coming time, this kind of disaster will be more frequent due to climate change. We are not very clear that what happened in Chamoli and why. But some experts think that behind this disaster there is a phenomenon of GLOF (Glacial Lake outburst flood) Let us try to understand. What is a glacier? The collection of a very huge amount of ice for a very long time in a particular area where that ice does not melt due to the climatic conditions of that area. Example mountain 🏔️ tops, Alaska and Iceland. Due to the regular deposit of ice, its weight increases continuously which leads
