Who are school dropouts? School dropouts are those children, who leave their studies in between due to any reason either economic or social. In India Article -21 in the constitution provide free and compulsory education for all children in the age group of 6-14yrs. But still, there are a lot of children who don't get a basic education. And this adversely affects their life. Everyone in the world should be educated. One can discover his/her capabilities only when he is educated. Due to the continuously increasing covid cases in India, the government has decided to cancel the 10th and postponed the 12th exams. Now the question arises Is the decision of cancelling the board exams is reasonable?? Education Ministry has said that the evaluation of marks of 10th class students will be based on objective criteria (internal assessment).  Also, the government has given an option to those students who are not satisfied with their assessments, they can give the exams. Then a suitable time will be selected for them.  Secondly, on the postponing of the 12th exams, the govt doesn't seem much clear because they have said that they will re-evaluate the situation on 1 June. Everybody expects something from everyone. Needy expects to be helped by someone. Hungry expects to be feed by someone. But do these expectations always fulfilled, no, not? We have been always told that getting justice is not an easy task. In exchange, it takes money and time and it also plays with our emotions .  Due to the delay in dispense of justice, many people have lost their faith in the judiciary. Pulwama , a word that reminds us that how brutal terrorism is.  Exactly two years ago (14th Feb) in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, a convoy of vehicles carrying Indian security personnel was on their way to Srinagar but in between they were attacked by a vehicle bore suicide bomber who was driving a car carrying explosives at Lethapora. In this attack, 40 Indian personnel of CRPF were killed and more than 35 were injured. The responsibility of this attack was taken by a Pakistan-based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed.
